Payment Plans
In keeping with our commitment to the adult learner, we realise that payments in full may be restrictive, therefore we offer optional Ezypay payment plans for some of our courses. Course Cancellation Policy
If enrolments for any course is less than the minimum required, that course may be postponed or cancelled and students will be offered a full refund.

To help avoid cancellations please ensure that your enrolment form and monies reach our office no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course.

The National College of Traditional Medicine reserves the right to change scheduled dates and content of courses. In the event that this becomes necessary we will do so with the minimum amount of inconvenience to our participants.

Refunds/Transfers/Deferments
Applications for refund and transfer will only be accepted if they are received, in writing, at least 7 days prior to course commencement. An administration fee will be charged in all cases. Refunds and transfers cannot be considered once a course has commenced.

Dates of courses may be subject to change. We will endeavour to make these changes with as little inconvenience to participants as possible.

Deferments must be in writing. The deferment will become effective as of the date the notification of deferment is received. All classes up to the point of written confirmation of deferment must be paid for in full. Remaining monies, if any, will be held for 12 months for the participant to utilise by completing the course from which they deferred.
