About the National College of Traditional Medicine

The college opened in 1987, originally teaching Reflexology. From these beginnings we grew rapidly and now conduct a wide range of diploma, certificate, distance learning and short courses in natural therapies. Our school is unique in that we teach from research and clinical findings.

Our courses are designed with the most up-to-date information ensuring our lectures are of the highest standard and remain relevant. From the very beginning we developed a reputation for delivering quality courses at competitive prices delivered by excellent lecturers who are drawn from all fields of natural therapies.

Our friendly and supportive staff will handle your enquiries and are there to support you throughout your learning experience. The college focuses on developing courses with the adult learner in mind. You, the participant are given responsibility for your learning while being supported throughout your course. Guidelines are set, but classes have a certain amount of flexibility allowing for participant-directed learning in some instances.

A sense of community is encouraged around each class, and collectively drawn from the many courses we deliver. The college also provides a library to assist with your study needs.
