Anatomy and Physiology Certificate

Anatomy is the study of the structure of the body and the physical relationships involved between body parts. Physiology is the study of how the parts of the body work, and the ways in which they co-operate to maintain life and health of the individual. Pathology is the study of abnormalities and how they affect body functions often causing illness. This subject will teach students about the structure, general function and organisation of the following human body systems: Cells, Tissues, Skin, skeletal, muscular, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, urinary, nervous, special senses, endocrine, reproductive, lymphatic, immune.

Recommended timeframe for the completion is approx 12 months part-time. Students have a maximum of 2 years to complete this course upon application (Fees apply).
